WHAT DOES ISO STAND FOR?

ISO is an acronym for “in search of.” We encourage open communication and want your feedback! Please let us know which styles you love, hate or are “ISO.”  After all, what you are “ISO” may become our next item for sale.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Comment “want it” on the Instagram post. We will reach out to you via DM to confirm your size and item(s). We will then DM you a link to complete your purchase. You will receive an email with your order confirmation as well as tracking once your item ships.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept all major credit cards as well as Venmo or PayPal. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached in original packaging. We will issue you a full refund or exchange sizes if it is available. Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase and your item/s meets the criteria above.  We will then e-mail you a return shipping label.  Once the item is received, we will issue the refund or ship out your replacement items(s).

DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping within the continental US. The amount posted on each sale is the total and you do not need to pay an additional free for shipping and handling.  If you are shipping outside of the US, please DM us and we can provide you a cost estimate for shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS OUT ON A STYLE I LOVE?

Check the caption on the post. We update the posts frequently with sizing and style availability.

If you see an item you love is sold out, please comment on the post and you can be added to the waitlist.
