WHAT DOES ISO STAND FOR?
ISO is an acronym for “in search of.” We encourage open communication and want your feedback! Please let us know which styles you love, hate or are “ISO.”  After all, what you are “ISO” may become our next item for sale.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Checkout via our Instagram Shop or website.  You will receive an email with your order confirmation as well as tracking once your item ships.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer free 14-day returns starting from the day of delivery. Returns must be requested within 7 days and received to us within 14 days in order to qualify for a full refund.

Store credit minus the cost of the shipping label will be issued for items received between 15-30 days of delivery.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. We will not issue refunds or exchanges for items over 30 days of receipt. We can offer an exchange if that size is available within 30 days of delivery.

Items that are 25% off or more are final sale

DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping within the continental US. The amount posted on each sale is the total and you do not need to pay an additional free for shipping and handling.  If you are shipping outside of the US, please DM us and we can provide you a cost estimate for shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS OUT ON A STYLE I LOVE?
If you see an item you love is sold out, please comment on the post or click on ‘notify me’ on the webpage and you be contacted when the item comes back in stock.
